Thank you for the 11 sessions I have had with you over several months. The one-on-one pace, the gentle challenge to do most amazingly simple things that I did not think I could do, and the suggestion to sort out my head, as the body was stronger than I imagined was invaluable. I will be back for more, as there is no alternative to a healthy and generally flexible and fit body.

Barry’s Super Circuits are back at the newly refurbished village hall – a great way to improve strength, cardio & endurance in an energy packed hour!


Tuesdays @ Kirtlington Village Hall 9.00 – 10.00am

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with Dan.

Burns more calories, boosts metabolism and increases levels of cardio fitness faster than any other form of exercise – come along and give your training the kick start it needs!


Wednesdays @ Kirtlington Village Hall, 6.30 – 7.30pm

‘Triple Whammy’ with Barry – The session tailored to your goals – general body conditioning, ski fitness or running ….even mix & match for the ultimate session! The only class of it’s sort with three programmes in one!


Thursdays @ Kirtlington Village Hall, 9.30-10.30am

SUMMER FIT (Ladies only – Sorry chaps!)

Circuit style class designed to work all the areas ALWAYS requested by the ladies, in a fun and relaxed environment.


Saturdays @ Kidlington & Gosford Fitness Centre, 9am

We’ve got a NEW gym layout for 2015 so that must mean a new programme configuration. Yes, it’s a K.P production in association with B.H.G.
